Pay What You Can

We want this to be accessible to everyone so the fees for this class are a sliding scale of “Pay What You Can”.

A typical drop in fee for a coached fitness class ranges anywhere from $10-$30 per session depending on the facility/class type. The space for these classes is being donated by Reclaim MBK, and the class structure, content, and facilitation is coming from one our very own mama’s - Elektra Taylor (cross-fit coach, competitive gymnastics coach, mom of two tiny humans).

The fees collected from these classes will go towards the continued support of our perinatal community <3

You can sign up for 1 class at a time, or purchase up to 5 classes at a time. 

What to Expect

This class will be a low/medium intensity fitness class targeted towards newly postpartum mamas. The goal is to wear your baby throughout the workout, however, if your little one is content on the floor or in their car seat you need not disturb their peace

Who is Invited

Mamas 6 weeks postpartum (and up), who’ve been cleared by a physician for physical activity.

Class Structure

  • 9:00-9:15
    • Warmup/Introductions
  • 9:15-9:50
    • 20-30min Workout with instruction (interval/circuit style)
  • 9:50-10:00
    • Cool Down/Open Chat

What to Bring

  • Water bottle
  • Baby carrier if you have
    • You also borrow/trial one from the store, but it’s a first come first serve basis
  • Indoor athletic shoes
