WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH RECLAIM?!
Omg thanks for asking - seriously! We've consulted the tarot cards, looked deep into some crystal balls, and chatted briefly with our financial advisors - all signs pointed us to do some internal restructuring and keep our doors open!
So...can we start buying car seats and sh!t again?!
Absolutely! We are currently working tirelessly behind the scenes to launch our new website and get all of our inventory PLUS a bunch of fun new stuff up on the website and sales floor.
What about community programming?!
Our free parenting meet up groups will continue every Monday and Wednesday @ 9:00 at our shop. Other community programming - like our donation hub - will continue under a volunteer led initiative. We will be rolling out more information in the coming weeks.
I have so many more questions!!
Girl. We know. We will release a W5 style behind the scenes look at where we came from, every avenue we tried, and how we wound up here. And, if you really wanna know something - just ask! We have been incredibly blessed with customers who have turned into life long friends and we are so grateful for the compassion and support of our fellow parents. How much is shipping?

Canada wide shipping is a flat of $20—free for orders over $200
Gear
Canada wide shipping is a flat rate of $125 for 1 piece of gear - 2 or more pieces of gear is a $250 flat rate
How are items shipped?
Purolator/Canada Post/UPS/FedEx - what ever carrier has the cheapest current rate.
When will my package arrive?
Local delivery will be made with 36 hours from the time the order is placed.
Canada wide shipping is 2-9 days from the time the order is shipped.
What will my package arrive in?
Your order will be packaged as sustainably as possible - we reuse every packing material that is sent to us, so your package might arrive in a different branded box/bag. We were lucky enough to be given bags and shipping materials from a few businesses in YXE that were closing, so we are able to upcycle their mailer bags.
What if it doesn't fit?

Can I bring the clothes back to the store when I am done with them?
Absolutely! Reclaim is happy to buy back any items that you have brought from us in the past. Check our SELL section at the top of the site for more info!
