We are currently exploring all options and are open to ideas, but we will begin winding down operations in the meantime

What do I do with my gift card/store credit?

Your gift card and/or store credit will remain valid until further notice. It will remain redeemable for anything we currently sell.

I am waiting for an order - am I screwed?!

Fear not besties! Any orders that are currently outstanding (most of them due to the shipping nightmare) will still be fulfilled. The majority of orders we are still waiting to fill are Evenflo Car Seats + Strollers - shipping is incredibly slow and back logged right now, so we thank you for your continued patience.

I love Reclaim - can I buy it?!

Heck yes you can! All jokes aside, we would love for our shop to be absorbed by a non-profit (or rich sugar daddy), so we can continue to be the pillar of community support.

How much is shipping?

Clothing + Accessories
Canada wide shipping is a flat of $20—free for orders over $200

Gear

Canada wide shipping is a flat rate of $125 for 1 piece of gear - 2 or more pieces of gear is a $250 flat rate

How are items shipped?

Purolator/Canada Post/UPS/FedEx - what ever carrier has the cheapest current rate.

 

When will my package arrive?
Local delivery will be made with 36 hours from the time the order is placed.
Canada wide shipping is 2-9 days from the time the order is shipped.

 

What will my package arrive in?
Your order will be packaged as sustainably as possible - we reuse every packing material that is sent to us, so your package might arrive in a different branded box/bag. We were lucky enough to be given bags and shipping materials from a few businesses in YXE that were closing, so we are able to upcycle their mailer bags.

Can I bring the clothes back to the store when I am done with them?
Absolutely! Reclaim is happy to buy back any items that you have brought from us in the past. Check our SELL section at the top of the site for more info!
