Reclaim is PUMPED to offer Car Seat Safety Checks + Installations by appointment with our very own in-house Certified Passenger Safety Technician.

🚗 1 seat per appointment - if you have more than 1 seat you would like checked, please book an additional appointment for each additional seat

🚗 Appointment slots are 15 minutes in length - this is the approximate time needed to properly assess, teach, and ensure 1 car seat is safely installed. At the start of the appointment, our Tech will inform you if they believe the initial time slot booked may not be enough time to adequately perform the safety check necessary. 

    Reasons for this may include but are not limited to:

            - Car Seat installed too tight

            - Client was late for time slot

            - Client provided incomplete intake form

            - Client has more than 1 seat they would like assessed

🚗 If our Tech feels like an additional time slot is needed, they will do their best to make the additional time as convenient as possible for the client, either by adding an appointment slot on to the initial time slot (if possible), or by asking the client to rebook 2 new time slots at a later time.

🚗 The appointment will go ahead rain or shine - if emergent weather is present, the appointment will be rescheduled at no cost to the client.

🚗 Once your appointment is booked, you will receive an intake form. If you have access to a printer, please print off the form and fill in the yellow portion prior to arrival. If you are unable to print and fill the form prior to arrival, don't worry - we have forms available to fill in at the shop.

PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TO FILL IN YOUR FORM/CHECK IN FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.

🚗 If you are unable to complete any portion of the form, our Tech can help you find the information you need during your appointment - please note that this may cut into the appointment time. 🚗 Your Car Seat Safety Check appointment is performed by an independent CPSAC Technician with over 4 years of experience. Regardless of the brand(s) sold at Reclaim MBK, our Car Seat Technician is an unbiased professional who will make recommendations and suggestions based solely on your family's vehicle, lifestyle, and budget needs.

🚗 At the end of the appointment, our Tech will complete your intake form by checking one of the boxes below:

☑️ Inspection completed and client was taught how to install the seat

☑️ Inspection not completed 

If the Client disagrees with the Technician's recommendations and expertise, the safety check will be marked incomplete. 

🚗 All appointment fees are non-refundable.
