The Little Locals PALS Collection was created with one goal: to design beautiful, functional clothing that allows medically complex and disabled children to feel included— not singled out.

We believe adaptive clothing doesn’t need to look different to be different. The PALS line was built to blend in—so kids can stand out for who they are, not what they wear.

We currently offer just three core adaptive styles*—each one intentionally designed to layer seamlessly with everyday clothing.

This small but powerful collection gives kids the ability to participate in choosing what they wear by pairing PALS pieces with their favorite tee, hoodie, or sweater. Whether they want to look like their siblings, wear a beloved hand-me-down, or simply feel like themselves, PALS supports both their care needs and their individuality.

Each piece features discreet openings for ports and feeding tubes, top-closing zippers to prevent self-unzipping, fold-over mittens and foot cuffs for sensory regulation, and ultra-soft, breathable bamboo that’s gentle on even the most sensitive skin.
