Postpartum Corrective Training
This program offers specific and focused corrective work starting at six weeks postpartum. After nine months of carrying life and giving birth, your body has been under continued stress and change which has/can alter your body postpartum.
During your training we will focus on pelvic alignment and symmetry, mobilizing the shoulders from feedings/holding baby, rehabilitating the core muscles, pelvic floor function and prolapse prevention. Lets not forget caring for your body and keeping it strong for everyday tasks of motherhood. Lets focus on YOU!
This training is highly focused on:
- Slow and steady movements
- Learning your mechanics
- Learning how to manage and utilize your breath for healing and core rehabilitation
- Strengthen your foundation and the basics
- Become more aware about your body
This is beneficial for anyone who has had a baby! Postpartum is forever.

- Yoga mats
- Yoga blocks
- Bolsters
- Chip foam blocks
- Resistance bands
- Pilates Mini Stability Ball

Since 2021 I have been a certified Postpartum Corrective Specialist and trained through Mamata Yoga after completing my 80 hour perinatal yoga teacher training.
6 sessions (first session is a whole-body scan to see where your body is at and the remaining 5 are where we focus on corrective work)
$120 investment ($20/session)
Tuesday and Thursday mornings for 3 weeks.
Continuous event- once one class ends, a new one begins the following week!
